Refund Policy
The policy
If you bought page-text search and want your money back, email info@metric-rise.com within 14 days of the purchase, from the email address you bought with or with your order id. We refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.
What happens after a refund
- The refund is issued by Polar, the merchant of record, back to your original payment method. How long it takes to land after that is your bank's timing, not ours.
- We revoke the licence key, and the extension returns to the free tier within a day or so.
- Everything already on your machine stays yours: the archive, and any page text captured while the licence was active, remain searchable by title and address. Nothing is deleted by a refund.
One request
If something did not work, say what it was in the same email. It does not affect the refund in any way, but a one-line description of what went wrong is how the thing gets fixed for the next person.
After 14 days
Write anyway. If the product failed you, "the policy window closed" is not the answer you will get. Cases of a broken purchase, a key that never arrived or a double charge are fixed. If a refund is no longer possible through the store by then, we make it right another way.
