Who you are dealing with when you buy
Three parties, and it is worth being plain about which one is which.
- Metric Rise FZE LLC develops the extensions and grants you the licence to use them. That is us. Product questions come here.
- Polar Software Inc. sells them to you as merchant of record. Polar is the seller on your receipt, and they handle payment, VAT and sales tax. Money questions go to Polar, or to us and we route them.
- Google distributes the extensions through the Chrome Web Store and is not a party to your purchase.
